BAPTISMS IN THE HISPANIC MINISTRY
The Holy Spirit lead us to share the gospel and the blessing of baptism to the Hispanic community.
VENTA ANUAL DE GARAJE COMUNITARIO
The annual Garage Sale is a great blessing to support our ministry with the Hispanic community.
Thank you very much to all the brothers and sisters who donate their items for our ministry. It is an amazing opportunity to connect with the community and buy quality items at an affordable price. We thank the support of the men’s ministry for their generous help, especially to Mr. Steve May. We also thank all the sisters of the Hispanic ministry Fany, Ester, Rocio, Angie etc. Thank you very much; may God multiply provision for you.
ARTS WORKSHOP FOR CHILDREN
In November of 2021, we held 2 children's art workshops consisting of play dough, origami, flexia, balloons, and games. It was a wonderful time. 15 children happily participated in this art and recreation program. It was an excellent opportunity for a social intercultural exchange in a bilingual environment.
This art workshop integrated the parents and their children and led them to express their talents and artistic skills. We helped some moms whose children were having problems with their skills. We’re thankful for Angie, Gina, Caici, and Madison; they did an excellent job. The children were so happy that they wanted to continue the arts training for upcoming year.
MISSION IN COLUMBIA
In 2021, Angie Choate began teaching Bible school classes through Zoom for a group of 15 children in Bogota, Colombia in the Soacha neighborhood, one of the most impoverished areas of the city.
Angie's sister, Gina, had started a kindergarten in her home to take care of the many children whose mothers have to leave them alone to go to work. We support them for a Christmas celebration and Christmas dinner for 30 children. We pray to God and bless these children. God willing, we can continue to teach the word of God to them and their families.
MISSION IN PERU
In 1994, Fany was a Methodist pastor in Chiclayo, Peru. She discipled more than 20 girls, they now serve in ministry across many churches and countries. Jesica Miranda, a girl discipled by Fany at the age of 10, is now a servant of God. Years later, she wants to continue this discipleship ministry with another group of 30 children from poor families. It has been a great blessing to see the glory of God among these families. For the glory of God, we are supporting them to raise up this precious ministry. We are also supporting them in their Christmas dinner celebration. It’s more joyful to give than to receive.
